VaxWell NH Coalition is a statewide immunization coalition with the mission of reducing vaccine-preventable diseases by increasing immunization rates. The initiative is a program of the New Hampshire Public Health Association (NHPHA) in partnership with the Community Health Institute/John Snow Inc (JSI) and the State of New Hampshire's Immunization Program in the Division of Public Health Services at the NH Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
