CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS

We’ll explore creative new alliances and approaches that have emerged from the pandemic and delve into ways to increase our effectiveness as we work to ensure health equity to transform communities, so they are more sustainable and just.
Target Audience The conference convenes clinical, public health, healthcare, community-based organizations, and social services professionals to build bridges, understand each other's perspectives and learn best practices in cross-sector partnership and teamwork.
Conference Tracks We invite presentation proposals to the two tracks shaping this year’s conference. Use these tracks to guide your submissions and choose the one track that most closely aligns with your proposal.
